Cancellation policy

 

48 hours notice prior to arrival date - no cancellation fee.

 

Notice less than 48 hours prior to arrival date - one nights accommodation tariff may be charged to your credit card.

 

Payment policy

 

Beach House Studios reserve the right to pre-authorise the first night's accommodation to the credit card on file on the day of check-in. Failure of this payment to process may result in cancellation of guest reservation.

 

No local residents policy

Beach House Studios provides quality studio accommodation for travellers from outside the region. We do not offer accommodation for local residents, nor do we offer any emergency housing or WINZ housing.

 

Credit card policy

 

All guests are required to provide a personalised credit card and photo ID upon check-in. We are unable to accept a cash bond as security.
